Follow our wagon train up north to Flagstaff for the fifth annual Landis Cyclery Barn Burner 104! Come and get out of the heat, ride through the beautiful Coconino and Kaibab National Forest and camp on private land. Bring the whole family; we have something for everyone!
We're looking forward to another fun event in 2015! Join us Friday evening for live, acoustic music during packet pickup. The quarter-mile looped pump track will also be open so your kids can practice for Saturday. Saturday morning, while parents are out riding, kids can participate in planned events including pump track races by age, frisbee and bean bag toss games and other activities. The awards ceremony will take place Saturday afternoon and campers will be treated to a campfire and s'mores**, beverages provided by Four Peaks Brewing Company — first 2 are free, $2 per thereafter and 100% of proceeds benefit local trails — and a family friendly movie beginning at dusk.

• 7 a.m. Start time. Riders will start Lemans style, running to your trusty steed and heading out on a wild west adventure! All riders will check in at the barn at the completion of each loop to change riders or simply check in before continuing onward.

Endurance mountain bike racing at its Western best. This is an endurance mountain bike event with 26-mile (one loop), 52-mile (two loops) and 104-mile (four loops) distance options. The course is a 26-mile loop on Forest Service roads. The course is not technically challenging, and is considered a "roadie" mountain bike course, meaning it is beginner friendly(ish) and fast for those with more experience. There are a few sketchy spots to keep you honest and climbs to make your lungs hurt a bit. All in all you are riding at altitude, in cooler weather, with cool people and camping out — what more can you ask for?

Each Leadville Qualifying Series race provides 25-100 qualifying slots to the Leadville Trail 100 MTB, based on the total number of registered riders at each qualifier event. Half of the qualifying spots will be allocated based on the top age-group performances and half will be drawn among riders who have finished the qualifier race within the allocated cut-off time.
As one of the most well known mountain bike races on earth, getting into the Leadville Trail 100 MTB has always been difficult. LT100 Qualifiers are long and tough, with lots of climbing. They are similar to the classic course at Leadville in that they consist mainly of rugged jeep roads of gravel and dirt. A qualifier event could not only gain you entry into the LT100 MTB, but it could also boost your corral starting position in the Race Across the Sky!
Rider starting positions will be organized in color-coded corrals. These positions will be based on a finish time from the 2014 (year prior only) LT100 MTB race, a 2014 or 2015 qualifier event finish time, or if you hold a current USCI Pro Elite license. Please enter finish times or license numbers when prompted during the registration process. However, if you race a qualifier after previously gaining entry, you MUST email Abby Long at email@example.com to inform her of your finish time and she will then place you accordingly. You will not be placed automatically. Corrals will be assigned as follows:
The Awards Ceremony will take place at 6 p.m., approximately 30 minutes after final completion of the race. If you do not attend the award ceremony to receive your award you must send a check made out to the Leadville Race Series for $15 with the name, bib #, finish time and mailing address to:

All riders will receive a participant T-shirt, and riders completing the race within the allotted finish time will receive a finisher medal.
104-mile distance awards
Awards for the 104-mile race will be 3 deep in each division. Age groups are male/female in 10 year increments (20-29, 30-39, etc.). Single Speed categories for Solo, Duo, and Quad Teams will be offered.
Large buckle cutoff: 9 hours
Small buckle: 11 hours
2-person & 4-person teams:

52-mile and 26-mile distance awards
Awards for the 52-mile and 26-mile races will be offered to the top three overall male and female finishers for both Geared and Single Speed riders. Belt buckles will only be available for participants competing in the 104-mile distance.
We will have Kids races starting at 9:00 a.m. on race day. The kids races will include a bike race around the mini track, sack races and more. Age groups will be broken down by 0-4 years, 5-7 years and 8-12 years. Registration for the kids events will be free! Sign ups will take place during packet pickup on Friday.
Camping will be available at C&C Ranch starting Thursday at 4:00 p.m. until Sunday at 2:00 p.m. To camp or park on race day, cars will be charged $10, RVs $20, plus 2 non-perishable food items per person. A portion of camping fees will be donated to the Mountain Bike Association of Arizona and the Flagstaff Biking Organization. Food donations will benefit St. Mary's Food Bank in Flagstaff.

Take I-17N to I-40W to Bellemont Truck stop (exit 185). Turn right off interstate. Turn left on to access road at truck stop. Travel on access road +/- 1 mile. Immediately after cattle guard turn right onto gravel road 171. Travel +/- 10 miles north on 171. Turn left on 793.
Take Hwy 180 past Snow Bowl and turn left on FS road 245 (there is a wood sign on the right as you are headed west telling you about the road). This is a dirt road with many pot holes, so drive safely. Follow this until you junction with 171 in a "T" intersection. Take a right on 171, travel to 793 and take a left on 793.
Fully Assembled Bike Transport
The original fully assembled bike transport service for cyclists and triathletes alike. For an additional fee, TBT will take your wheel bag and a gear bag, too!
FullyPack & Ship Bike Transport
TBT also offers a Pack & Ship service to athletes living in areas that their trucks just can’t get to. You’re only responsible for disassembling and boxing your bike for outbound shipping and then reassembly once your bike is returned home. TBT will handle the rest!
Valet Service (select races)
Take the night off and use TBT’s optional Valet Service. Whether you shipped your bike with TBT or not –TBT will pick up your bike and bags (bike and run) from transition after your race. Two unique Valet Services to choose from:
1. Next Day Valet – stop by TBT’s corral the day after the race for your pedals and bags (and bike too, if you’ve got your own transportation)
2. Finish & Fly – leave it to TBT to pack your bags in a gorgeous TBT Duffle and ship it home with your bike. The duffle is yours to keep!

There will be trash and recycling containers at all full aid stations and the start/finish line. Please discard any trash in an appropriate container. Intentional littering on the course will be grounds for disqualification. The course—on trails both public and private—travels past many historic sites and through areas of exceptional beauty. Help us keep them pristine.
We will be recycling all plastic, aluminum and cardboard during these races, and all our events. We’ll take care of this at the aid stations. At the start/finish, please ensure you place trash or recyclable materials in the appropriate containers, which will be well marked.

Leadville Policy Agreement: Please understand that the Leadville Race Series does not allow refunds or transfers for all race entries and registration fees unless you have purchased the registration refund coverage option and have a covered reason.
If you wish to defer your entry to the 2016 Leadville race season please understand that your entry will roll over only 1 year, however the registration fee will not. If you choose to defer your entry you must re-pay the event registration fee.
